The solution
How did we solve it?
We gradually moved the teeth into the correct axis and into the arch with an orthodontic appliance. No healthy tooth had to be removed, and a retainer holds the result.

Did it hurt?
Fitting the appliance did not hurt. As the teeth moved there was mild pressure for a few days, which soon passed.

No. We created the room by aligning the arch, without extractions.
How long did it take?
