This policy explains how Onyx Dent Kft. handles the personal data of website visitors.

What data we process

We process the following data on this website:

  • Contact and enquiry data: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message when you contact us.
  • Analytics and cookie data: consent-based data about how the website is used. The details are in the cookie policy.

Important: health data

This website does not process health data. Special category (health) data under Article 9 GDPR is handled separately by the clinic, apart from the website, as part of patient records.

Purpose of processing

  • Contacting enquirers and arranging appointments.
  • Analysing how the website works and is used, if you have consented to it.

Legal basis

  • For contact: steps taken at your request and the legitimate interest of the provider (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • For analytics and marketing: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention period

  • Contact data: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards at most until the end of the applicable limitation period.
  • Cookie and analytics data: for the period stated in the cookie policy, or until you withdraw your consent.

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (Railway, Cloudflare): serving and securing the website.

  • Objection to processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
